Shipping policy
Handling time
1-3 business days for preparing and shipping the order (Monday to Friday). Please note that handling does not occur on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time - New York) or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery time
Once the order is shipped, transit time is 5-12 business days. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday.
Orders are shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs and delivery areas
Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States. No additional fees will be applied for deliveries within the USA.
Shipping Zones: We currently only ship within the United States.
Change or cancel an order
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@loxans.com. Once your order has been shipped, no further changes can be made.

- An email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can check the status of your order at any time using the tracking number.
